Vitamin B Complex
Vitamin B Complex
with Folic Acid, Biotin, Cholin & Inositol
These groups of substances generally have common characteristics and are often found together in nature. They are all water-soluble and with the exception of Vitamin B 12 (stored in the liver) are not stored by the body. Abundant in nature they are responsible for many vital metabolic processes and an adequate dietary intake is therefore essential. In cases where there may be a need for dietary supplement it should be taken daily.
As a group they are involved in the metabolic transfer and release of energy from fats, carbohydrates and proteins in the diet. They are required for many processes including, the production of blood products, nerve transmission, in the synthesis of DNA and antioxidants, steroid hormones and other vitamins. Adequate Vitamin B levels are required to ensure healthy skin, hair, mucous membranes and other tissues.
Vitamin B Complex tablets contain the Vitamin B Group including choline and insotol.
