Co-Enzyme Q10 also known as Vitamin Q or C0-Q-10 is a naturally occurring substance similar in chemical composition to cholesterol. Found in the mitochondria of all cellular tissue it has become known as "ubiquinone" which literally translates to everywherenone. It is thought to be vital in the conversion and production of energy from food. All body functions from digestion to marathon running rely on a constant, reliable energy source.
